  1. Just how often do people like me have to say it? USE A SCOTTISH ISLAND!!! There are lots of bleak, cold, wet, remote Scottish islands that are sparsely inhabited, and some not inhabited at all. It would be vastly cheaper to set up tents or nissen huts on some of these islands rather than the crazy Rwanda, barge, and Ascension Island schemes. If ILLEGALS were sent to somewhere like this the moment they set foot on British soil then that would be a real deterrent.
