While it might be technically impossible to remove online immunity for the most tech savvy, it would be relatively easy to do this for the vast majority. In this country you do not generally get arrested for voicing your views, or name calling, so there really is no good reason for online anonymity. I have always maintained that if you have something to say then you should have the courage and decency to put your name to it. So I would fully support Priti Patel in her quest to banish online anonymity: for most it's a coward's charter. I firmly believe in free speech, but I equally firmly believe that people should have the courage to own what they say. Now watch all the anonymous abuse this comment evokes.
