  1. Western sanctions must be causing many Russian oligarchs living in the West quite a bit of pain. In their shoes I would be paying some Russian Mafia hitman to take out Putin. I suspect that for a few million, which is small change to these guys, even one of Putin's bodyguards would be very happy to do the job.
