  1. Most no fault evictions are due to unacceptable behaviour by tenants. Fortunately the landlord has been saved the expense and trauma of a long drawn out court trial. My father was a very good landlord who charged rents much lower than he could have got. I'll never forget the many months of hell he went through to evict an evil woman, who was scum of the earth, and nothing but a burden on society. When she finally left the rooms she had occupied had been totally wrecked, with "Polish Pig" painted large in red on the wall.
