Let's be honest. The only people who support inheritance tax are envious of others good fortune. These people pay tax on what they earn and what they buy, just like the rest of us. Why should the government be allowed to steal from them when they die? Imagine you had grown up and spent all your life in a nice home. Your beloved parents die. Then to compound your pain and misery the government tells you that you now owe them lots of money, and so will have to sell the only home you have ever known in order to pay them. Inheritance tax is theft!
