Antisemitism has been part of student unions for decades. These immature boys and girls are complete suckers for the "poor Palestinian" line. They completely forget about rockets being launched into civilian areas in Israel, or that Israel has had to fight really hard for its existence. I'm sure many of them believe that Auschwitz was the Butlins of its day. I can even recall accounts of student unions hosting Iranian Revolutionary Guards and making donations to them.
