  1. Right at the start the REAL experts, like Professor Sunetra Gupta at Oxford University, warned that lockdowns wouldn't work, and would be disastrous. A few months later these experts published the same advice in the Great Barrington Declaration, which was signed by many thousands of scientists. This and other governments made a very deliberate decision to ignore these experts!
