  1. Proper pay rises for deserving nurses and doctors could easily be afforded if 2/3 of the totally unnecessary managers and admin staff in the NHS were dismissed immediately. Over the years the number of these bloodsucking parasites has increased like a virulent cancer, sucking the life out of the NHS, and the doctors and nurses who do the real work.
