  1. We had a broken NHS well before covid-19. My sister is a nurse, and with the number of tales she used to come home with about bad and nasty management she had enough material to write a book. I certainly would have, because the material had the potential to be turned into an award winning black comedy. The truth is that, as it is for so many broken organisations, covid-19 has provided an excuse for what was already broken. In reality all it did was make failings more obvious.

  2. Most doctors and nurses are hardworking. The problem is the parasitic management that live off the backs of their hard work, and make it even harder for them.
