  1. Like so many things, UK governments have been trying to run the NHS on the cheap for decades. Our doctors and nurses aren't particularly well looked after, which is why so many go overseas. However, one area that hasn't been stinted on is parasitic admin staff, this has grown like a virulent cancer sucking the money out of where it is needed, and putting heavy and unnecessary burdens on doctors and nurses who already have more than enough to do.
