  1. How else does Patrick think that NHS will get the pay and conditions they deserve? MPs don't give a toss because they can afford private care. And most of the public are too short-sighted to give a damn until something happens to them or a loved one. The bottom line in selfish Britain is that if you are a soft touch with a conscience then you will get royally screwed.
