Too many people today are very happy to use mental health as a way to excuse their weak or degenerate character. We all have our setbacks, challenges and ups and downs, but people of good character show that stiff upper lip that Brits were once famous throughout the world for. Years ago most people would have been incredibly ashamed and embarrassed to claim that they had mental health issues!
