For decades our governments have blackmailed nurses and doctors over patient welfare, instead of paying and looking after them properly. As their salaries have declined they have watched obscene amounts going to pay for parasitic management which not only isn't needed, but often makes their difficult jobs a lot harder. SACK 2/3rds of NHS management and administration! Not only will this provide the money needed to pay those who do the real work, but the NHS will actually run far better.
