  1. One of the biggest problems the NHS faces is its incredibly bloated management, and the totally unnecessary paperwork that they burden those who do the real work with. These people are parasites, sucking the life out of our very hard working nurses and doctors, often making their lives a misery and hardly bearable. They are a pernicious cancer on the NHS that needs to be cut out!
