Nurses to indeed work very hard. And the overpaid managers and admin staff, who do nothing for patients work just as hard to make their lives as difficult as possible by burdening them with totally unnecessary paperwork!

@shelleyphilcox4743 SOME are needed, but that's probably about ONE THIRD of what there are. And there IS a vast amount of totally unnecessary paperwork.

@shelleyphilcox4743 My sister worked as a nurse for many years. From the many tails about evil management she could have written a book: I certainly would have, in her position. And jumped up managers even tried to bully consultants!

@shelleyphilcox4743 Just one example. I've heard plenty more. But if I had been the nurse you would have said exactly the same thing. Many other people too have similar stories, but when did worthless parasites ever admit that that's what they are?
