To name just two in Enfield, the Fallow Buck was pulled down and the Goat was turned into flats. These were both amazing buildings with incredible character, and a genuine loss of heritage. I'm no longer much of a drinker, but I feel sorry for those who have lost wonderful hostelries like these.
