I don't care about the doctor's faith, Christian or otherwise, but it's insane to sack a very badly needed doctor because he won't call a man in a dress "she". Even if you get your parts chopped off and grow a pair of boobs your are still NOT a woman. It's as crazy as people running round with flashing toy swords and expecting others to believe that they are Jedi knights.
