  3. You know what really amplified the effects of austerity? Lockdowns! And you know what else? Several reputable studies have concluded that these lockdowns were totally ineffective. Of course the government was told this, before they started, by the REAL EXPERTS, like Oxford University's Professor Sunetra Gupta. However, government chose to listen to charlatans instead.

  5. "Inexperience" is only part of the problem. Like so many waste of space politicians Sunak has a PPE degree. A sheet of used toilet paper is more valuable than a certificate for this kind of degree. While many hated her, Thatcher was generally regarded as a very capable PM: she had a proper degree in Chemistry.
