  1. One thing I love about this pandemic is the way new medicines are being fast-tracked and tested on millions of lab rats. This means that our scientific knowledge will advance so much faster, rather than taking all those painful, and expensive, years of safety trials. Maybe, in a few years or decades, I might need a mRNA vaccine or anti-viral drug. So I suppose I should thank all the covid-19 guinea pigs.
