As the adenovirus is well understood it will probably be safe. However this still begs the question of why most people in good health under say 50 will bother to take it. After all, for almost all of these people covid-19 is probably less bother than the yearly flu viruses they don't get immunized against. Also there is an awful lot of intense anger and distrust towards the monkeys in Downing Street. This will be responsible for a lot refusing the vaccine. Now as for the RNA vaccines, here is just one possible scenario I can think of that is very, very frightening. Let's say that in some individuals this RNA makes it through the blood brain barrier so that cells in the brain start producing the antigens. Do we then end up with an inflammatory response in the brain, because that would be seriously bad. This is just one possibility that I've thought of. I'm sure there are many other nightmare scenarios.
