Let's spell it out, for all the idiots to whom it isn't blindingly obvious. All these retarded governments that are enforcing lockdowns, can't offer convincing scientific justification for what they are doing: because there isn't any. So instead of appealing to the brain's higher rational reasoning they are going for people's primitive fear response. And as most people are much more easily swayed by their emotions, rather than being prepared to work things out dispassionately and logically, this is proving to be a very effective way of controlling them. This is why things have become so acrimonious. It's impossible to make a cringing coward, who is blabbering about how he/she is going to die, take a step back and analyse the facts.

The trouble is that Downing Street's propaganda campaign has been incredibly successful. Josef Goebbels would have been immensely proud of what they have achieved with their repeated lies. We now have (possibly) a majority of cowardly, terrified snowflakes who are scared of catching covid-19 from their own shadow, and will unquestioningly do whatever this government says. Add to this all the morons who don't understand that they will ultimately have to pay a very high price for their furlough. Most of the people in this country really aren't very bright. This is why they elect people like Boris.

Well done. But you know what? If Mr. Perks or myself had put a comment on BBC's "Have Your Say", saying we would do this, then it would have been instantly been removed. I'm sure there are an awful lot of teachers who are of the same mind. I'm also sure, like me, there are many who would have had schools carry on as normal throughout this nonsense. However media makes sure we only hear from the snowflake drama queens running round saying "we're all going to die".
