  1. At the start of WW II by father was caught crossing into Russian occupied Poland, from German occupied Poland, and sent to a Russian labour camp. There he saw a lot of fellow prisoners die. My mother told me that many years later he still used to wake up screaming from nightmares about this. We should also never forget the cold-blooded murder of 22,000 Polish offices at Katyn: and there were other such incidents. More than 70 years on the Russians are still the same rabid animals.
