  1. There is so much infrastructure work in this country that urgently needs doing. Instead of keeping prisoners at great expense to the taxpayers it's way past time we had them paying their debt to society by working on chain gangs, overseen by guards with cattle prods for those who need a little encouragement.

  2. ​ @b.critical7873  Well the Swedes had a similar system, which seemed to work very well until they got swamped with immigrants, with totally different cultural values. So it might not work in this country.
