  1. It doesn't matter how good the equipment is if full use isn't made of it! Most of those cluster munitions appear to be just sitting on the shelf, instead of clearing out Orc trenches. And some of those Storm Shadow missiles should have already been used to finish off Putin's beloved Kerch bridge. Electorates in NATO countries are going to get very annoyed at financing weapons if there is a reluctance to fully utilise them!
