  1. Let's be very clear on this. Ukraine is fully aware of how nasty cluster munitions are, but it only intends to use them in its own territory: and also intends to make a major effort to clean them up after the territory is liberated. For Ukraine these weapons are by far a lesser evil than not being able to clear the Orc infestation as quickly as possible. There use WILL SAVE many Ukrainian lives!
