It's always nice when one finds that there are still some honest judges, willing to strike down illegal laws by despotic governments. Despots in all countries should bear in mind that they won't be in government forever, and will eventually loose their police protection. There are a hell of a lot of people out there who they have really hurt, and these people will never forget, or forgive, what has been done to them, and who did it.
