  1. Being able to destroy railway lines and fuel depots, on the RUSSIAN side of the border, which are crucial to Putin's mobilisation, is defensive. As is being able to take out Russian ships in the Black Sea, that are shelling the crap out of Ukraine's southern cities. We should be supplying Ukraine with the arms that will allow it to do this, ASAP.
