  1. As a man I'd say that women should do whatever makes them more comfortable. However those who are a bit top heavy might like to worry about the serious sag effect in later years. As for going topless. Yes, if it's OK for men then it should be OK for women. We shouldn't pander to people's silly prudishness over nudity.
