  1. It really does seem to me that nothing in Iran has changed. The clerics and their Revolutionary Guard goons still seem to have as much power and control as ever. All that the months of protest seem to have achieved is that 500 or so protestors have been murdered, and many thousands more are now in prisons and being tortured. But, as myself and others have said, dictators don't simply give up power because you ask them to. Often the only way to win ones freedom is to fight for it.
