  1. Pre-payment meters are ONLY ever fitted for people who absolutely cannot be trusted to pay the debts they have incurred. I'm sick to death of them being called "vulnerable" and having excuses made for them. If these people weren't made to pay for the energy they use then energy providers would charge honest decent people, who pay their debts, even more!
