Think of the most vicious and vindictive child that you have ever known. Now imagine them many, many times worse, and you have a good insight into Putin's insane and psychotic mind. Also consider whether it would be possible to ever negotiate or make a deal that such a child would keep. No! The ONLY thing that will stop its bad behaviour is FEAR.
