Far too many people are too happy to sit back in the safety of their arm chair and decide how someone else, in a life and death situation, should have made a split second decision. Yes, Chris Kaba didn't have a gun, but this wasn't known at the time. Not that long ago when a decision was made the other way Matiu Ratana lost his life!
