  1. I doubt it is a coincidence that this is happening just before the Ukrainian offensive. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see similar incidents in other areas of Russia. It also wouldn't be that surprising if regions that want out of the Russian Federation took advantage. This is in fact one of Putin's greatest fears, which he alluded to only a few days ago.
