  1. So many mental health problems are really just lack of moral fibre. Years ago claiming to have a mental health problem would have caused most people deep shame. Now, when the going gets tough, instead of gritting ones teeth and taking responsibility for sorting out ones problems, too many people take the easy option of blaming everything on their mental health.
