Let's hope the concerns of many people like me don't pan out, otherwise it won't be so fantastic in a few years time.

The lab rats have more sense than most of these!

@anonymous-xy5ue Either you are lying, or passing on a lie. It is incredibly rare for people to get covid-19 a second time. This only happens in those who are severely immunocompromised, but governments have enthusiastically propagated this lie in order to scare people into obeying lockdown rules. Natural immunity and reinfection is now well researched, and natural immunity is known to be extremely good.

It's a bit like watching lemmings throwing themselves over a cliff.

Trouble is if many thousands end up suffering from a neurodegenerative disease in a few years time it's us sensible ones that will be expected to pay for their stupidity.

They are so STUPID, I wouldn't bother at their age. In fact I haven't bothered at 63. I'm fairly sure I've had covid-19, and therefore wouldn't gain anything from being vaccinated.

This really does go to show just how dense most Brits are. Do people honestly not know that if you are under 40 then you have a far higher chance of dying of good old-fashioned flu. Most such people wouldn't dream of getting an annual flu jab. Yet here they are queuing up for vaccines that everyone knows aren't 100% safe, and no one knows what their long term effects might be. I must take my hat off to the Downing Street dictators. They have run a propaganda campaign that Josef Goebbels's would be truly envious of.

@mik3pif782 I have a little yellow book with 20 vaccination stamps in it. I willingly spent time and money getting all of them, and will get more in the future. The key difference is that they were all very well tested, and their benefits far outweighed any risks.

@mik3pif782 While scientists have indeed been working on mRNA vaccines for years those for sars-cov-2 are definitely the first to be used: at least outside trials. It's very hard to discover side effects that might be very rare, or take years to show. It would be very unfortunate if something came to light in several years time, after many millions of people, at extremely low risk from covid-19, had been vaccinated. People like me, with integrity, worry about such things, but the government doesn't give a damn!

@mik3pif782 I said "if". That's not certainty. The mRNA is incorporated into cells. This may indeed be the explanation of heart inflammation: some of it being transported to and incorporated into heart muscle. Now, what happens if some of it gets incorporated into brain tissue? This is what people like me worry about. Can you, or anyone else, guarantee 100% that this isn't happening?
