  1. The exact wording used by South African doctors to describe this variant is EXTREMELY MILD. This looks more and more likely by the day. If this is indeed the case then the last thing we want is Bogus Boris stopping its spread, because it has the very real potential to displace more dangerous variants, and maybe even SAFELY bestow PROPER NATURAL IMMUNITY on many millions.

  2. @Tom You really don't understand (or want to). This variant doesn't appear to be killing or hospitalising people AT ALL. So if it spreads quickly and replaces other variants it may well reduce deaths and hospitalisations.
