When one sees career criminals, with a list of offences as long as your arm not being jailed and others with no record being jailed for a one of heat of the moment post then most of us regard this as a massive miscarriage of justice. What's even more concerning is that, the courts are meant to administer justice without being pressured by government. But what's happening at the moment is strongly reminiscent of Russian courts.
