I 'd hate to think what would happen to this place if 8 people moved into it. It's one thing building it all up from scratch using hard work, it's quite another just being gifted it with everything already built for you. People don't value what they haven't worked for. It's likely to attract some very unconscientious people with a completely different outlook to this guy.

@N.E.TGaming Yeah, it's a great idea in theory. The practice is another matter altogether however. I'm not saying I don't hope he succeeds. I hope it does. I just think the amount of vetting required would probably exceed the work he's already put into the physical build. Without that, you're just relying on blind luck.
