  1.  @monikanikolova1099  That's something a defence lawyer would probably have got an acquittal for however, prior to the DNA advancements. Very powerful evidence for the defence and any charging decision at the time would probably have meant he walked free.  Criticism of the investigation is valid but it's important to see it in it's proper context.
