This is a common refrain but it isn't exactly right and it needs to be put to bed. You have to remember how terrible they are at work. I'm not being facetious here-really consider it. HR didn't exist before women entered the workforce. In the past there were just a few personnel roles in companies-they dealt with holiday/payroll and other sundry admin functions. Because women complain and moan endlessly however HR is now an industry in its own right with vast phalanxes of people ministering to women's workplace-based complaints. In fact it's one of the few growth industries in the West, scandalously. You have to consider who the ultimate "boss" is. Ignore line managers and people you have to suck up to. Ultimately the real boss is the employer. Thats who cuts the cheque. That's all that matters. And to the employer they behave fairly appallingly. So it isn't very different at all really.

@Mastermind111111 I would suggest we need to stop coddling people in pretty much all environments. Be it the workplace, legal system etc etc. Wherever people know they've got too many rights/too much protection you can reasonably expect them to behave abysmally. Just let poor behaviour have actual consequences and most things should right themselves.

@roses6564 They're rarely capable of remaining in love. So that would figure.

Should be reading us our rights after the introduction tbh.

@russ9921 Yup. Exactly. Because female culture of complaining has set that precedent. Now lots of men know they can behave like that, thats precisely what they do too. It's human nature. I make exactly that point in a later comment. People clamour for women to be removed from the workplace but nothing that discriminatory is necessary. Wherever people know they've got too many rights/too much protection you can reasonably expect them to behave abysmally. Take those rights and protections away. Just let poor behaviour have actual negative consequences and most things should right themselves. Most men will stop behaving like the worst kind of women and many women will leave the workforce of their own volition (or at the very least learn respect).
