To put the most (positive) spin on it, it is because they are genuinely that "invested" in things. Ie emotionally invested. I'm not saying that that is automatically a good thing (or that their "investment" is benevolent-it's not, it's purely selfish), but it does at least indicate that they're feeling something real. Often within red pill spaces the teaching will be about how women are able to fake/manipulate emotions. This is certainly true but in these situations it doesn't tend to be what's operative. I've personally witnessed women's hearts visibly pounding out of their chest during moments like this and obviously that affects what they want/expect to see reflected in their partner's behaviour. You can't fake that so I consider it excusable behaviour. I won't engage in it though. It's utter madness to participate. We're 100% entitled to remove ourselves from the situation and tell them to deal with their sh!t themselves. Don't care what anyone says to the contrary.
