@LisaCulton The decor SHE wants. He's literally not bothered. Before she decides to change it again. And he's STILL not bothered. Stop being so excruciatingly dishonest in your posts. PS well done to her for paying for 50% of her literal shelter from the elements. How selfless and heroic of her.

@somacruz6893 You have my sympathy! It's an all too common story. And getting worse with instagram etc. Imagine being that hung up about everything your friends are buying/how they're decorating their houses. Pretty pathetic existence when you look at it in this terms. Just take solace in the fact that-with many of them-it doesn't matter what you do, it'll never be enough. Once you embrace that truth their constant whining is just ambient noise.

@somacruz6893 Given that "abuse" has now effectively been redefined at the behest of feminists (ie the definition has been extended beyond physical abuse, to include psychological harm, manipulation, coercion, financial harm etc etc etc) I think I can confidently say the rate of female domestic abuse of male partners far outstrips male abuse of female partners in the modern day. Albeit it sounds like you were just straight up physically abused in the good old fashioned way.

@somacruz6893 Straight facts. I've been called "messy" too and guess what...lo and behold I wasn't being abused. I was being told to clean up after myself. But then I'm a man so I understand the difference.

@Proposal12 Weak attempt to undermine what I said, but ultimately you fail to do so. It's perfectly normal for a male to have WAY less of a preference about decor. That doesn't amount to a problem or something I need to 'work on' My point is, if she continues to do that then she behaves in a way which truly does violate my preferences - ie the right to a stable existence. It's chaotic and financially abusive - so you tell her she's out of the (newly renovated) door.

@LisaCulton No it isn't. They're just far more consumerist in outlook and covetous of what their friends have. They also want to be the ones controlling those decisions. Once again. Pure dishonesty from you. Channels like this (there are many others out there now) have exposed this nonsense for what it is.

@annesmith9181 You abject clown. He said she wanted to build a swimming pool. Not that they did. I'd have said "no" too. And if she spends 40k on decorating with minimal equity in a property then she'll end up in a tiny apartment whether she initiates the divorce or not. Why are women so clueless?
