  2. 7:45 re: SALT-less dough is GOOD?! Fascinating! Never thought of that before, i might try that, putting all the salt into the sauce/toppings instead. Further insane idea: put (non-kosher) salt UNDERNEATH the dough, using it as u would semolina, to keep the dough moving on the pizza peel.
