Why would anyone but a NewYorkCity resident care about this video? It's just a city planner talking about projects she's done, and everyone claps coz they liked this-or-that project. Video has no appeal beyond the city boarders. This happens a lot with NewYork media, TV shows, movies, books, I dunno if residents there are a bit self-obsessed or what.
