  1. ***** USA stopped giving separate military & civilian GPS accuracies during Clinton's administration.  We've all had the same accuracy for a while now. Thesedays, to get the best accuracy all you need is a lot of processing power to do the correction calculations.  AFAIK you can get sub-centimeter accuracies this way, such as with RTKLIB.
