NO-ONE USES ANY KINDOF GLUE OR TAPE IN SPACE because it evaporates in the vacuum, and this vapour can coat transparent components like camera lenses - blurring them >:C Infact, a big part of the skillset of satellite design is in avoiding glues, plastics, anything with any amount of solvent in it, so that it doesn't end up destroying the satellite's sensors & cameras. (The other big part in satellite manufacture is thermal management).
