  1. I've had transistors explained to me so many times but i could never quite understand, which is embarrassing because i've been working with electronics for years. Your explanation of vacuum tubes tho, with the grid, finally made it all make sense. I'd never known how vacuum tubes worked before. It was the missing link, now i finally get it! Thankyou so much.
