@talibbeegun8731 They have all of these services in Israel as well. And more. If we didn't stick together all these thousands of years, where would we be today?!

How do you think we survived all these (thousands) of years while oppressed? Gotta stick together!!

@ItIsJustJudy LOL! It was annoying me, until I figured he was never going to hear it pronounced properly from the Chassidim, so, just roll with it...and the (chassidic) pronunciation got better towards the end!

@rochellengel3444 Yes!! Hatzolah is the most closely related (and why they said they do not do medical). A wonderful organization around for years!! We always keep their phone number on the phone, gd forbid there is an emergency. I have had to call them a few times and they are in my house literally within 90 seconds! And it doesn't matter why you are calling or for whom (they have helped my non-Jewish housekeeper twice for free. No questions asked!). And places like Camp Simcha are wonderful organizations! (My daughters, like many teenage girls, want to work there in the summer bc that is where they can meet "the nice boys", lol!. But it is true!). They do wonders for families who need a break in the summer!

To explain more clearly--they do everything but medical, because for medical, we have Hazolah. All around the world. Run the same way, all free, all run by trained volunteers (mostly MD's), but only medical. Hence the separation.

Just to clarify--there are 613 Mitzvot (commandments). Some positive, some negative. We are commanded to do the positive ones, and obey the negative ones,, which tell us what NOT to do. Just want to be sure that was clear!

Why are people continuing this conversation with an anti-semitic idiot who clearly doesn't know anything about Jews or their culture, let alone wants to learn? Don't even engage. It creates a chillul Hashem for no reason, that is not going to get anywhere. Stick to the original point of the video which was PEOPLE doing good deeds for other PEOPLE. That was the message. It is Chanukah--spread the light!

@libafried5840 You find what offensive? You are the one who wrote that he sounded like a Russian speaking Hebrew (and we all know that that was an insult in itself!). However there is a huge difference between a Brooklyn Chasidishe accent and a European Chassidish accent. But if you trace it back, would the Russian or Polish Chassidish accent be closer to the original than the Brooklyn version? And there is a standard Crown Heights accent that every Lubovitcher copies, whether from Flatbush or Crown Heights or Melbourne or even Israel. That doesn't make it authentic. It is just the diction adopted by Chabad likely to copy the Rebbe whose accent was influenced by those around him in Brooklyn. There are Rebbeim in California, or Bangkok, or, Hendon or Hawaii, who all share the similar accent. Or try atleast. That does not make it an authentic Chassidish accent.

@libafried5840 And they are in Monsey, which as you likely know, has their own accent. In fact, more than one, a misnognish Modern Orthodox NY/NJ accent, and a Chassidic version. They don't fight about the difference, so why are you making such a Chillul Hashem about making an issue over it? If this is what truly offends you, you should thank G-d that this is the least of your worries!
