The owner of the house is suing the city for doing his job and protecting his home? Unfortunately, this would have happened before BLM as well. Just an opportunity to make a quick buck (and they had a crappy attorney--he should have made everyone sign an NDA for, at the very least, the settlement amount. And they didn't get that much money!).
