  1. Most of the things people are allergic to are the other things in the vaccine, such as the preservatives. If people have had allergies to previous vaccines, it is a good indicator. And if you do have allergies, you should get your shot in a hospital setting and let them know beforehand what you are allergic to. Or speak with your GP (if you have a relationship with your doctor).
